Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your Tahari Arthur S. Levine product. However, if the product you purchased is not what you expected, please return it to us within 45 days of the purchase date. Returns will only be accepted on merchandise purchased from www.tahariasl.com that has been unworn, unwashed, include original tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Select the item(s) you're sending back and request a refund
  • You'll receive an Instant Refund code but DO NOT use the voucher code
  • Proceed with printing your return label and mail back the original item(s)
  • Once received, we'll refund the full balance back to your original form of payment
  • Select the item(s) you're sending back and request an Instant Credit
  • Use your Instant Credit code (gift card) to immediately buy any new item
  • Print your return label and mail back the original item(s)
  • Once received, we'll refund any remaining balance to your original form of payment
  • Select the item(s) you'd like to exchange
  • You'll be prompted to select a new size or color
  • Print your return label and mail back the original item(s)
  • We'll ship the new item(s) to you once your return ships

Refunds to Credit Card

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
