SHIPPING 

We are currently offering Free Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or more. 

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding all major and federal holidays.

*We do not offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries.

 

We unfortunately are not able to ship to the U.S. Territories, Military APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.

**Please allow up to 2 to 3 additional business days to process orders during peak periods.

If your order is lost or stolen, please contact our Customer care specialists at customerservice@tahariasl.com to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 7-14 business days for the investigation to complete and a resolution.

TRACKING ORDERS 

If you have an account with Tahari ASL, simply log onto your account to check your order status by clicking on the My Account page. Your orders will be listed in chronological order. For customers using Guest Checkout, simply call our Customer care specialists at: customerservice@tahariasl.com to check your order status.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted. Simply process a return if you do not wish to keep the order on our Returns page. Returns are free for domestic orders.
